Jambo! Welcome to the Rift Valley Academy Class of 1969 "hometown"! This list serv is being established in the hopes that we can reconnect after all these years. The past 5 or 6 months Cathie Maclin Boyles and I have been actively searching for all our classmates to begin plans for a 40th reunion scheduled for 2009. This list serv includes all our classmates we have located thus far. Our hope is for this can be a safe place to dialog and share news. We welcome anyone interested in keeping in touch with our RVA roots and family. Topics may range in their emotional impact from humorous and delightful to intense reality that can bring tears. So this is a place to share with each other, feel one another's joys and pain, come out on the other side of each topic... richer and more authentic for the experience. Today we have become friends. We have a place to go home to. We have people who listen and understand. We are family. Please observe, listen, participate, pray, love and enjoy! And don't forget a cup of chai! Pamoja!
